Two belts instead of one, on a magnetic base. The lower belt is what makes the QueuePro Twin 250 Magnetic ADA compliant: it sits within cane-sweep range, so a visually impaired visitor detects the barrier rather than walking into it. It also stops the habitual duck-under and keeps children inside the line. This is the 11 ft version. Twin-belt posts are most often used on structured, switchback queues where posts sit close together and lane discipline matters — exactly the spacing an 11 ft belt is built for. Both belts stay taut across the shorter span, and the lower belt in particular needs to hold its height to remain cane-detectable. For wider spacing, see the 13 ft version. The magnetic plate grips any steel floor and lifts away with a firm pull on the post top, which suits a queue that stays for a season but must not be drilled into place — transit halls, arenas, exhibition floors and airport concourses. The post uses a two-piece construction, so the lower belt cassette can be swapped in the field rather than returning the whole stanchion. Both belts run on braked cassettes with universal ends that connect to any major brand. Supplied complete with the base plate.
