$55.00 is the DEPOSIT and will be taken from final payment.  Total Pricing: Approximately $395.00  **All cuts of meat will be individually packaged ** For a 1/4 pig, we do not do a cut sheet. Butcher will select your cuts. You will get a mix of chops/ roasts/ bacon/ and sausage    How it works: Reserve a , 1/4 Share, 1/2 Share or Whole Share Of A Pasture Raised Pig.. Once payment is made, you are taking ownership of this pig Upon reservation, we will ask you for your desired cuts.. (which the butcher ultimately decides) We will then book a processing date.. You will then pay for your share & processing fee.. All cuts will be packaged individually in cryovac packaging  We will either deliver your meat or you can pick up directly at the farm(which we love so you can see how well our animals are treated!)  **We do not keep large meat shares "in-stock"- all are custom butchered when you order comes in- please allow a few weeks before your meats are ready.
