This significantly reduces friction and improves bearing durability. Metallics+ series bearings feature high precision chrome steel inner/outer rings and rolling elements, diamond polished raceways and rolling elements, a DMx hard coated inner ring/raceway, high strength thermoplastic cage, and our proprietary Graphflo engineered lubrication process. Includes 8x metallic+ series bearings 16x frictionless shields (8 installed, 8 spares) 8x speed washers 1x tube of low-viscosity lubricant (2ml, single use) 1x sticker
