Quantum 2020 Accurist Baitcasting Reels gets another redesign. Due to the popularity of the Accurist name, Quantum has added multiple versions to the Accurist family. Quantum increased the size of the paddle handles, but most anglers will upgrade to a power handle. The reason Skinner likes this reel because of the Flippin' Switch. With this feature engaged it is super easy to find bottom when you are drifting. It's a one hand operation that is a faster and more efficient solution that having to depress a button and then turn the handle to reengage. Over the years we have sold thousands of Accurist reels and they hold up really well. The durability is kind of shocking as a lot of anglers are fishing heavier lead with them, which they were not designed to do. They just keep going and going. With its Saltguard coating it handles saltwater environments really well and will last a very long time! If you want to fish top water with it,  the ACS 3.0 dual centrifugal and magnetic cast control systems work seamlessly together to give you long, accurate casts. If you're looking to buy a 100 size baitcasting reel and want to fish for fluke Skinner style, then get yourself a Quantum 2020 Accurist Baitcasting Reel.
