Before taking home any parrot, we provide comprehensive guidance on proper caging and setup, positive reinforcement training, household safety, nutrition, and enrichment. Parrots in captivity are still wild animals with all their natural instincts. Your overall success and experience with any species of companion parrot is greatly impacted by positive reinforcement training. A parrot’s behavior reflects both the environment they live in and the training they receive.
