Frequently Asked Questions Does this replace the shoulder belt or work with it? + It works with your existing occupant restraint — it does not replace the shoulder belt itself. It slides onto the shoulder belt webbing to add a softer contact surface for the passenger. Will this fit any Q'Straint shoulder belt? + It's designed for standard Q'Straint shoulder belt webbing used across the QRT Series and M-Series occupant restraint lines. If you're unsure it will fit your specific belt model, contact us and we'll confirm before you order. Is this a safety component? + No — it's a comfort accessory only. The safety rating and compliance of your occupant restraint system come from the shoulder belt and retractor system it's attached to, not from the neck protector. What is the warranty? + Q'Straint backs this product with a 1-year limited warranty. See qstraint.com for full terms.
