Q'Straint DropLok Complete System — Large LokBox Case | Q10-008

The Q'Straint DropLok Complete System (Q10-008) is the all-in-one EMS bag securement bundle: the SAE J3043 crash-certified wall mount, the large LokBox retrofit kit, and a Q'Straint LokBox large EMT case — everything your ambulance needs to go from zero to crash-compliant in a single order. The DropLok Easy Mount with Safe Release mounts in 4 bolts to the ambulance wall or a countertop surface, vertically or horizontally. Your crew loads the LokBox case into the receiver, it locks automatically, and deploys in a single motion with a top-button or bottom-release trigger. Frequently Asked Questions Does this bundle include everything I need for a complete DropLok installation? Yes — the Q10-008 is a complete out-of-the-box system. It includes the vehicle-side Easy Mount with Safe Release (Q10-005) that bolts to your ambulance wall or countertop, the Large Retrofit Kit (Q10-004) with all hardware to configure the included LokBox case, and the Q'Straint LokBox large EMT case itself. No additional components are required. Unbox, install the Easy Mount, retrofit the LokBox, and your station is operational. Can I mount the Easy Mount horizontally on a countertop instead of the wall? Yes — the DropLok Easy Mount with Safe Release supports both vertical (wall) and horizontal (countertop or module shelf) mounting. You need 4 bolt holes and clearance for the case to engage and release cleanly. Both orientations are fully supported and crash-certified in the same configuration. If you're unsure which orientation works best for your vehicle's compartment layout, call us at 800.884.6456 — we're experienced in DropLok installations across a range of ambulance floor plans. What warranty does the DropLok Complete System carry? The Easy Mount with Safe Release (Q10-005) component carries a 3-year Q'Straint warranty. The Large Retrofit Kit (Q10-004) and LokBox case are Q'Straint-manufactured components; if you have a question about coverage on a specific component, contact us at 800.884.6456 and we'll verify current warranty terms directly with Q'Straint before your purchase. Can I use this system with my existing EMT bags instead of the included LokBox? The Large Retrofit Kit (Q10-004) in this bundle is designed to work with the included LokBox case. If you want to retrofit your own existing large EMT bags instead of using a LokBox, you can order the Q10-004 Large Retrofit Kit and the Q10-005 Easy Mount separately. For smaller existing bags (7.5"–14" × 11"–18"), see the Q10-003 Small Retrofit Kit.
