The Spilt Flag is a modern twist on the tried and trued Parachute Adams. Using Quigley's signature "stacked hackle," it allows for superb floating and low riding simultaneously. The wing faces forward more like an emerger, acting as both an adult mayfly and an emerger to make it even more effective.
