What’s included Precast Gels (100x) Your choice of NuView™ Tris-Glycine mini gels (typical options: 8%, 10%, 12%, 4–20%; 10, 12, 15, or 17-well; 8×10 or 8.5 x 10cm cassette). Electrophoresis Cell (1x) Mini-PRO™ Vertical Electrophoresis Cell — compatible with NuSep NG 8×10 cm mini gels, NB 8.5×10 cm gels, or Bio-Rad TGX Protean gels. Running Buffer (5x) SingleShot™ TGS (5 × 10 L packets; makes 50 L total) — sufficient for ~100 mini-gel runs in most mini tanks.* Protein Ladder (1x) Pre-Stained Protein MW Marker (10–250 kDa) — suitable for ≥100 lanes at ~5 µL per lane. Sample Loading Buffer (2x) TruSep™ 2× Sample Loading Buffer — 2 × 10 mL (20 mL total). Comfortable coverage for ≥100 gels at typical 10–20 µL loads (10–15-well formats).† Pipette Tips (200x) Gel-loading Pipette Tips — 200 tips total for precise lane loading. *Typical mini-cell buffer volume is ~400–500 mL per run; actual usage varies by tank and protocol. †Rule of thumb for 2× buffer: buffer volume per lane = (load volume ÷ 2).
