Engineered for those who need massive scale without sacrificing professional precision, the Max4 combines a colossal build volume with industrial-grade stability. Whether you are printing full-scale automotive prototypes or high-strength aerospace components, the Max4 is built to handle the biggest challenges in 3D printing. Why the Qidi Max4 is the New Benchmark The Max4 isn't just a "larger" printer; it's a completely redesigned flagship featuring Closed-Loop Motors and a Polar Cooler (optional accessory) system to ensure that large-scale prints maintain perfect accuracy from the first layer to the last. Massive Build Volume (390 x 390 x 340 mm): With 55% more space than its predecessor, you can print large functional parts in a single piece, reducing the need for assembly and increasing part strength. FOC Closed-Loop Stepper Motors: Experience industrial-level precision. Active Chamber Heating (Up to 65°C): Essential for engineering materials like ABS-CF, PC, and Nylon, the second-generation heated chamber prevents warping and ensures superior layer adhesion. Blistering Speed & Flow: Reach print speeds up to 800mm/s with an acceleration of 30,000mm/s². The high-flow hotend (40mm³/s) ensures your filament keeps up with the motion system. Ultra-Stable Z-Axis: Featuring large lead screws and an anti-backlash nut, the Max4 delivers a flagship-level surface finish with zero Z-wobble, even on tall, heavy models. Technical Specifications Feature Qidi Max4 Specification Build Volume 390 x 390 x 340 mm Max Speed / Accel 800mm/s / 30,000mm/s² Max Nozzle Temp 370°C (Bimetal Hardened Steel) Heated Bed Temp 120°C (Uniform Silicone Heating) Chamber Heating Active, up to 65°C Extrusion Flow 40 mm³/s AI Features Integrated HD Camera with AI Spaghetti/Support Failure Detection Multi-Material Fully compatible with QIDI BOX (up to 16 colors) Industrial Performance, Smart Workflow The Max4 is a "smart" factory in a box. The integrated AI Camera uses a high-performance processor to monitor your prints in real-time, automatically pausing if it detects a failure. Combined with full-auto calibration and 3-in-1 air filtration (HEPA + Carbon), it provides a professional environment that is safe, reliable, and incredibly easy to use. Polar Cooler: An active toolhead cooling system that prevents heat creep and clogs during high-speed printing (optional accessory) Industrial Linear Rails: High-hardness guide rails ensure the motion system remains smooth and accurate over thousands of hours of use. QIDI BOX Integration: Ready for multi-color and multi-material projects, allowing for soluble supports or complex aesthetic designs. Who Is the Max4 For? Manufacturing Labs: For large-scale end-use parts and jigs. Automotive/Aerospace: For high-temperature, high-strength functional prototyping. Power Users: Makers who need the maximum possible build volume without compromising on speed or material capabilities.
