Q-Nami Umami Rub

Asian-Inspired Umami Flavor | Gluten-Free | No MSG | No Preservatives A Fusion of BBQ & Japanese-Inspired Flavors Q-Nami Rub is where BBQ comfort food meets Japanese spice magic. We combined the nutty crunch of sesame and nori (seaweed) with zesty ginger, gentle chili heat, a touch of sweet, and a little smoky paprika and coriander. The result is a bold, umami-packed rub that’s just as at home on the grill as it is in your kitchen. What Does “Umami” Mean? In Japanese, umami means “delicious savory taste” — and that’s exactly what you’ll get. Think of Q-Nami as a cross between furikake (sesame & seaweed rice seasoning) and shichimi togarashi (Japanese 7 spice), reimagined for BBQ. How to Use It: Seafood: Perfect crust on salmon, ahi tuna, or shrimp. Steak & Chicken: Add a Japanese twist to your next cookout. Veggies & Rice: Sprinkle over stir-fried veggies, fried rice, or even popcorn. Wings: Crispy, spicy, umami wings that disappear fast. If you’ve ever searched for furikake salmon or togarashi steak, this rub was made for you. Bring out the best in salmon, steak, wings, veggies, and more with this unique umami rub. Once you try it, plain salt and pepper won’t cut it anymore.
