Pusher Coolant Reroute Kit | 2011+ 6.7 Powerstroke

Clean up the top of your 2011+ Ford F-250/F-350 6.7L Powerstroke engine bay with the coolant reroute that started it.   The factory coolant routing places a bulky riser tube and multiple return hoses directly over the engine, where they can distract from an upgraded intake system and add unnecessary connections. The Pusher Coolant Reroute replaces that layout with a much cleaner, lower-profile path that keeps the coolant system tucked out of the way and puts the focus back on the hardware you actually want to see.   Our latest version further simplifies and refines the system with upgraded silicone hose throughout. A continuous 3/8" silicone hose runs from the radiator to the expansion tank, eliminating additional connections along that route. The main coolant path uses a Pusher-branded, pre-molded 3/4" silicone hose from the coolant adapter to the heater core. Its molded shape is designed specifically for the application, providing optimal routing, easier installation, and a cleaner, more polished finished appearance.   We've also replaced worm-drive clamps with constant-tension spring clamps, which maintain clamping force as the cooling system repeatedly heats and cools.   The result is a cleaner engine bay, fewer potential leak points, and a more refined coolant routing solution designed to work with aftermarket intake and turbo configurations.   • Machined 6061-T6 aluminum coolant bridge adapter, anodized in Pusher's signature titanium finish for corrosion resistance • Polished 304 stainless steel coolant bridge adapter hold-down bracket • Pusher-branded, pre-molded 3/4" silicone hose from the coolant adapter to the heater core for optimal routing, easier installation, and a clean finished appearance • Continuous 3/8" silicone hose from the radiator to the expansion tank • OEM-style 90-degree quick-connect fitting at the heater core outlet • Constant-tension spring clamps that maintain pressure through heat cycles • Double O-ring coolant bridge connection tested to withstand more than 90 psi • Developed and tested across a variety of aftermarket intake systems and turbo configurations   For trucks running an aftermarket intake system, the Pusher Coolant Reroute removes one of the biggest visual obstructions in the engine bay while simplifying the factory coolant routing at the same time. Important Notes: For vehicles with emissions equipment removed. Not compatible with factory emissions systems. With HO models, the coolant lines won't be eliminated to and from the turbo.
