Purrfection Flannel Dots – Grey

Keep a flannel project soft and simple with this grey dot flannel fabric from the Purrfection Flannel collection by Timeless Treasures. Tiny white dots are scattered across a light grey background in an irregular allover pattern, creating gentle texture without introducing a large motif. The quiet two-color design makes it an especially useful coordinate for the collection’s cats, paw prints, hearts, and pink florals. This fabric is made from 100% cotton flannel and measures 43/44″ wide. Use it for quilt blocks, borders, sashing, pillowcases, pajama projects, baby blankets, lap quilts, and other sewing where a soft, warm fabric is desirable. The small dot scale stays visible in narrow strips and compact patchwork pieces, so it can work well for bindings and secondary blocks. In larger areas, the scattered dots keep the grey ground from feeling flat while still allowing stronger focal prints to stand out. This grey dot flannel fabric can help balance a pastel quilt, provide a calm background behind cat motifs, or create subtle contrast beside pink and white fabrics. Because the print is small and non-directional, it is also easy to use efficiently when cutting many pieces. Keep it in mind for simple borders, pillow backs, cuffs, or any place where you want soft texture and a neutral color without adding another prominent design. The light grey value is useful for separating pink prints from white backgrounds without creating a harsh contrast. Try repeating it in several small blocks, then use one larger section on a pillow back or border so the same quiet coordinate ties the project together from front to back.
