Slate calls have been a mainstay in turkey hunting for many years, and for good reason. The slate calling surface is easy to run for all calling skill levels and it produces realistic hen sounds. The Pure Slate is a hand crafted, contoured walnut cup, coupled with a one piece hickory striker, to produce extremely crisp cuts, cackles, and raspy yelps as well as soft clucks and purrs. Plain and simple, the Pure Slate is designed to help you kill turkeys.
