Pure Mariposa Sample

The scent The artist This is a 2 ml spray sample. Find the full bottle here.  Spanish perfumer Ramon Monegal created a scent inspired by the butterfly ("mariposa" in Spanish), and when we spray it, the connection becomes clear: Pure Mariposa is a monarch butterfly, orange wings flashing against a blue sky on a summer afternoon. The heart is a giant, abstract bouquet of flowers, and it's surrounded by citrus, grass, and warm basenotes that add to the abstraction. Pure Mariposa is not merely the scent of happiness but of pure joy. Spray lightly until you know how you feel -- Pure Mariposa is a powerhouse that lasts. Notes include orange, grapefruit, yuzu, blackcurrant, oakmoss, grass, fig, tuberose, gardenia, jasmine, lily of the valley, orchid, hyacinth, orange blossom, osmanthus, rose, sandalwood, iris, peach, tonka, and amber. Ramón Monegal comes from a long line of perfumers in Spain and represents the fourth generation of the founders of the house of Myrurgia. He began his training in 1972 at Myrurgia, and in 2007 decided to embark on a new journey to build a line of fragrances under his own name. His eponymous line shows tremendous range and has catapulted his talent into the global spotlight. Learn more at www.ramonmonegal.com.
