Pure Lime Extract

Pure Lime Extract is made from the oil of cold-pressed limes. The result is big, bold robust citrus zip. The fresh lime boost is ready and waiting not just for lime desserts like key lime pie, Pure Lime Extract is a must for combining with coconut!  To make Pure Lime Extract, lime peel is crushed then soaked and steeped in grain alcohol to infuse bright citrusy flavor. The infusion ages several months for the flavors and aromas to develop and intensify. The concentrated liquid extract is combined with cold-pressed lime oil to heighten the flavor. Pure Lime Extract is a fun baking ingredient to add to your spice rack. Here's a pastry chef secret: Pair up extracts. It's our favorite pro tip, and we do it in every baking recipe.
