Pure and untreated. This ring features a substantial #8 turquoise stone in its natural state - no stabilization, no treatment, just the stone as it came from the earth. The kind of material that's increasingly rare to find. The stone displays brilliant electric blue punctuated by rich golden-brown matrix in that classic #8 spiderweb pattern. Unstabilized turquoise like this has depth and character that treated stones can't match - the colors seem to glow from within rather than sit on the surface.
