Pure Aero Plus 2026

AN EXTRA HALF INCH. AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THREAT. Most players want more power. Smart players know exactly where to find it. The answer isn't a heavier frame. It isn't a bigger head. It's leverage — and the Pure Aero Plus 2026 delivers it in the most elegant way possible: 1.5 extra centimetres of frame length that fundamentally changes the physics of every swing you take. At 27.5 inches, the Plus carries all the explosive speed, heavy topspin, and Gen 9 technology of the standard Pure Aero 100, and then adds something the standard frame simply cannot — a longer arc through the hitting zone that loads your serves with more pace, extends your groundstroke reach across court, and turns balls you'd normally defend into balls you can attack. This is not a gimmick. This is geometry, working in your favour. The Tech That Goes Further: Aero Throat Redesign — 6% Less Drag, 3% More RPMs, Amplified by Length — The redesigned shaft geometry that Babolat developed through computational fluid dynamics testing delivers 6% less aerodynamic drag and 3% more topspin RPMs over the previous generation. On a standard-length frame, that's a meaningful upgrade. On a 27.5-inch frame with more arc to accelerate through, the effect is multiplied. More leverage means more racquet-head speed at the moment of contact. More racquet-head speed means heavier spin. And heavier spin, from a frame that reaches further, means shots your opponent simply cannot respond to. NF2 Flax Tech 2.0 — Power Without the Price — Extended-length frames historically punished players with harsher vibrations transmitted through a longer shaft. Babolat answers that directly with NF2 Flax Tech 2.0: unidirectionally aligned flax fibers strategically placed in the handle to intercept and filter impact shock before it reaches your arm. The 2026 dampening upgrade is noticeably softer and more connected than the previous generation — which means you can swing the Plus hard, serve with full extension, and finish matches feeling as good as you started them. FSI Spin Technology + Woofer System — The full Pure Aero spin engine is on board and running. The open 16×19 string pattern, Spin Grommets, and Woofer system maximize dwell time and string snap-back on every ball. On the Plus, that spin doesn't just kick — it climbs. The combination of extended leverage and FSI Spin Technology turns topspin forehands into high-bouncing weapons and kick serves into genuine problems for anyone standing on the other side of the net. The Specs That Change the Geometry: 300g unstrung · 100 sq in head · 27.5 inch length (+1.5cm) · 16×19 string pattern · NF2 Flax Tech in handle · Aeromodular beam design Same weight as the standard Pure Aero 100. Same head size. Same open string pattern. The only difference is 1.5 centimetres — and those 1.5 centimetres change everything. Longer reach on wide balls means fewer forced errors. More leverage on serve means more free points. A longer arc through contact means more natural power without swinging harder. The Plus gives you more of what matters without asking you to give anything back. Who This Frame Is For: The Plus is not for every player — and it's not trying to be. This is the frame for aggressive baseliners who already swing with intent and want the extra reach to punish balls that currently escape them. It's for big servers who want to unlock more pop at full extension without chasing a heavier frame. It's for players who understand that in tennis, a centimetre of leverage can be the difference between a neutral rally and an outright winner — and who want to make sure that centimetre is permanently working in their favour. If your game lives at the baseline, if your serve is your biggest weapon, and if you've ever felt like you were almost in position to unload on a ball but came up fractionally short — the Plus was built to solve exactly that problem. Same Pure Aero DNA. Same 2026 technology. Just more of everything that makes it dangerous. Pure Aero Plus 2026. Reach further. Hit harder. Take more court.
