Cortez Pura Vida

Pura Vida offers a delicately-roasted dark roast blend that's a perfect companion for those who enjoy cream and sugar in their coffee. Unlike many harshly-roasted or overly smoky dark roasts, Pura Vida strikes a harmonious balance, delivering deep dark chocolate notes with a pleasing honey-like body. It's a blend that encapsulates the essence of Costa Rican culture, allowing you to savor the heart and soul of this beautiful region. With a flavor profile characterized by a velvety fusion of deep, dark chocolate and creamy honey, Pura Vida provides a truly indulgent sensory experience. This dark roast boasts a smooth, full-bodied flavor with minimal acidity and a robust, bold character that suits various brewing methods. It's a blend crafted from two exquisite coffees, sourced from Poas Volcano, Costa Rica, and the Himalayas in Nepal, with elevations ranging from 1500 meters to 4000 meters. The coffee beans undergo a meticulous process combining washing and honey processing to create this exceptional blend.
