Organic Pumpkin Spice Honey

6 oz or 12 oz of 100% pure and raw Creamed New York Honey Infused with Pumpkin Spice which is actually Organic Cinnamon, Organic Ginger, Organic Nutmeg and Organic Clove. Pumpkin Spice is a blend of spices that was created in the 1930's and traditionally used in dessert recipes that featured pumpkin. By blending with our raw creamed honey we have created a tasty treat that is only going to be available through the season. Crafted in small batches by us, the beekeepers. This honey is going to be a sell out and makes a great gift for the pumpkin spice lover. It is so delicious you are going to want to stock up! Q. What is Creamed Honey? A. Through a simple process we encourage our honey to crystalize and create this amazing "creamy" smooth taste sensation. Now you can enjoy all the taste of honey without the drips.  Some beekeepers refer to this type of honey as whipped, buttered, or spun.  SUGGESTED USE: We had a lot of fun coming up with how we are going to be using Pumpkin Spice Honey this holiday season. Some festive ideas are to add a spoonful to egg nog or hot toddys.  (We added it to a lot of holiday cocktails).  It's also perfect in tea and coffee.  In addition, drizzle over apples, pears, dried fruit, and yogurt, or as a glaze for yams and carrots. Bee as creative as you can bee! BEE SMART: Did you know that in the winter all the Drone (male) Honey Bees are kicked out of the hive by the Worker Bees.  In the spring new Drones will hatch to mate with the Queen Bee.
