BodyKore PU-S Assisted Pull-Up/Squat Strap

BodyKore PU-S Assisted Pull-Up/Squat Strap The BodyKore PU-S Assisted Pull-Up and Squat Strap is a dual-function resistance band strap system that provides adjustable band-based assistance for pull-ups and resistance for squat and lower body training. In pull-up mode, the strap loops around the squat rack or pull-up bar and provides upward assistance that reduces effective bodyweight during the pulling movement, enabling progressive overload toward unassisted pull-ups. In squat mode, the strap configuration provides accommodating resistance that increases through the drive phase of the movement.
