PRx Swift Barbell

The PRx Swift Barbell is the go-to choice for those just starting out or anyone looking for a high-quality bar that won’t break the bank. With a 700lb weight capacity and grooved sleeves to keep your collars locked in place, the Swift Bar is built for serious work. IWF and IPF knurling marks help you dial in your technique for safer, stronger lifts. If you're ballin’ on a budget but still lifting with intent, the Swift Bar is your move. As the weight moves, the bar bends and then snaps back, which lifters can use to generate momentum in Olympic lifts. The right amount of whip helps with smoother, more explosive lifts, while too little (or too much) can throw off timing and control.
