Print faster without losing quality thanks to a high-flow nozzle, CoreXY kinematics, and Input Shaper. Flawless Precision & Repeatability What You Design is What You Get. With our internally developed, quality-focused print profiles, your models will turn out exactly how they were designed, with perfect dimensional accuracy as proven by CT scans. Best Surface Quality Everything is pre-calibrated and factory-tested, ready to go – simply press the Print button. What you pick up from the heatbed can be easily used as the final product you'll ship to your customers. Durable Models Without Warping With the 60 °C chamber, you can easily print advanced materials like ASA, ABS, PC, PA, and more. And the results will be amazing: no cracks, no lifted corners, no warping. A Proper FLEX! Flexible filaments are notoriously difficult to print. Not with the CORE One L. Switch it to Flex loading mode, feed the filament, and start producing durable, flexible prints. Extreme Overhangs Steep overhangs need supports – additional material that is ultimately scrapped. CORE One L prints extreme overhangs (up to 75°) without supports, saving material and time. Print Huge Objects – From Edge to Edge The bed is what makes it possible Anyone can take a heatbed and make it larger. Doing it properly is a completely different challenge. Large 3D-printed objects tend to warp, and when heat distribution is inconsistent, their corners lift off the bed. The CORE One L features a massive, heavy, all-aluminum heatbed with a dual-loop heating system and perfect heat distribution. No matter how big you print, the results are perfect. Variance stays under 2 °C across 99% of the surface. The printer also automatically distinguishes between 110V and 230V grids and intelligently configures the heatbed for consistent performance in any part of the world, all protected by robust multi-layer security systems. Perfect Environment for Any Material Replace metal with engineering polymers The powerful heatbed with convection-style heating brings the chamber to 60 °C, an optimal, stable environment for advanced materials. Result: stronger layer bonding, no warping, tougher prints. Add the HT Hotend Upgrade to print ultra-tough engineering polymers, like carbon-fiber reinforced PEKK-CF and PPS-CF, or high-performance PPSU and PPA-CF strong enough to replace metal parts. What Can You Make with a 30-Liter Build Volume? Replacement and Engineering Parts Fix broken appliances and produce functional machinery parts with tough, carbon-fiber reinforced polymers like PA11-CF or PCCF. Print RC cars, drones, and mechanical linkages that often exceed the strength of original injection-molded components. Complex Jigs, Tools and Fixtures With a massive 30-liter build space, you can print large manufacturing jigs, alignment tools, and custom workholding fixtures in one go. Keep your production line running without outsourcing costly CNC parts. Vibration and Impact Absorbers Flexible polyurethane (TPU) is ideal for custom phone cases, camera rigs, vibration dampeners, seals, and protective bumpers. Print flexible, rubber-like items edge-to-edge on the spacious print sheet. A Large 3D Printer Changes Everything Large Prototypes that Match the Drawing CT-scan-verified dimensional accuracy across the entire volume means what you design is what you get – no matter how big your project is. A Production Run While You Sleep CORE One L is designed to run 24/7 without breaking a sweat. Fill the bed edge-to-edge, hit print, and walk away. Wake up to a finished print job. A Full Helmet in One Print Cosplay & movie props, masks and large display pieces come out as a single seamless object. No glue lines to sand, no edges to align. Running Costs The printer purchase is the biggest expense. After that, it's just filament and the occasional spare nozzle or print sheet. No vendor locks, no forced subscriptions, and free software and firmware upgrades for the life of the machine. Filament One spool prints dozens of objects. ~$25/kg Nozzle replacement Lasts hundreds of hours, replacement takes 2 minutes. ~$20 Print sheet replacement Double-sided sheets, lasting hundreds of hours. ~$37 Software & firmware updates PrusaSlicer, EasyPrint, Prusa Connect, Prusa App, and updates. $0 100% privacy: offline mode without compromise CORE One L Passes Security Audits The CORE One L never requires a network connection. Configure the printer, slice models, and install firmware updates offline without sacrificing any features or performance. For environments requiring strict security, the Wi-Fi module can be physically removed. Government agencies, high-clearance manufacturing, and companies handling sensitive data can operate with the absolute guarantee that the printer will never share a single byte of data with any cloud infrastructure. Designed for facilities with strict security protocols, the Critical Infrastructure Bundle guarantees offline safety: zero Wi-Fi circuitry, no built-in cameras, and a certified, encrypted USB drive. Under the Hood CoreXY uses two fixed motors in the corners that pull on a long, continuous loop of belts to move a tool head. Because the heavy motors are fixed in place, the gantry is incredibly light, allowing for blazing fast speeds and outstanding precision. Here's a proper tour of the engineering choices that set the CORE One L apart. Active Chamber with Smart Temperature Management Convection heating to a stable 60 °C Two fans on the underside of the heatbed create a convection effect – they bring cold air in and blast it across the massive heated surface to quickly bring the chamber all the way up to 60 °C. Fully Enclosed CoreXY Architecture Travel speeds reaching 500 mm/s The advanced CoreXY motion system moves the lightweight printing head instead of the heavy base, allowing for much higher speeds without losing quality. Input Shaper firmware compensates vibration at high speeds, with travel speeds reaching 500 mm/s. Robust Steel Exoskeleton Built like a tank, lighter than the CORE One+ The robust exoskeleton from the CORE One+ has been reworked: it's still incredibly sturdy, but thanks to aluminum panels, the printer is actually lighter than the CORE One+ even though it offers two times the print volume. Nothing is glued together, nothing is welded – you can take everything apart with a screwdriver. Compact Footprint, Massive Print Volume Twice the print volume, barely more desk space Compared to the CORE One+, the CORE One L has only a slightly larger footprint; however, its print volume is twice as much. A massive 300×300×330 mm (30 liters) is waiting for your projects. Forget about cutting and gluing models – print them whole. (From left to right: CORE One+, CORE One L, MK4S.) Automatic Chamber Vent Control The right thermal environment, automatically When you select a low-temperature material (e.g., PLA or PETG), the printer will automatically open the top vent using a lever on the extruder. For high-temperature materials, the vent is automatically closed. 1080p Camera with Night Vision Monitor prints and create timelapses A 1080p camera with night vision is included in the package, and you're free to choose whether to install it. You can use it to monitor your prints via Prusa Connect / Prusa App or to easily create timelapse videos. Ready for HVAC HEPA, active carbon, or your own HVAC For a truly safe workspace, you can install an optional Advanced Filtration Module with HEPA and Active Carbon filters, but you can also take the CORE One L and hook it up to an HVAC system. Get CORE One L Now, Upgrade to INDX Later Ready for 8 materials The INDX upgrade is a revolutionary toolchanging system developed in collaboration with Bondtech. It lets you combine up to 8 different colors or materials in a single print, automatically switching between them in seconds with near-zero waste.
