The CORE One+ (Gen 2) incorporates several hardware refinements, including new GT1.5 belts for smoother-looking surfaces, redesigned heatbed mounting for faster print starts, an integrated silicone nozzle wiper for cleaner print starts, and a snap-on top panel that can be removed without tools for easier maintenance. Built for Fast, Precise 3D Printing The enclosed CoreXY architecture moves a lightweight print head while keeping the heavier motors fixed, supporting high-speed movement and precision. Input Shaper firmware helps compensate for vibration at higher speeds, while the Nextruder combines a Load Cell sensor with 360° cooling for consistent first-layer calibration and clean overhangs. The printer supports a wide range of standard 1.75 mm filament materials and includes more than 200 factory-tuned material profiles in PrusaSlicer. An actively controlled chamber can reach up to 55 °C, creating a stable environment for materials that benefit from controlled temperatures.
