Prototype Fastback— Micarta & Copper

This prototype knife features a fairly thin yet robust blade, with an ergonomic handle for flexible use-cases. Weather on the hip as a larger EDC, or on the trail, or in the Camp kitchen box, this do-most knife is just a pleasure to handle.  The handle design orients the knife perfectly for handshake-grip push cuts, but also is fairly simple at the base to allow for a variety of hand positions one might find themselves utilizing while harvesting afield. For example, the handle allows for refined carving positions like holding the knife upside-down and backwards, cutting towards you with a chest lever grip.
