ProTEK 2900 Squeegee Storage plus Cleaning Carrier

ProTEK is another innovation by Transition Automation to help enhance SMT Quality by giving users a safe and easy to use carrier to hold their vital squeegees when not in use.   Transition Automation has over 35 years experience manufacturing high performance squeegees.  This new tool is a great way for quality minded SMT professionals to store and protect their investment in Permalex squeegees.  Consider this protective custody for your most valuable tools.  No only are they stored securly, they can also be tucked away in your stencil storage rack.  This new tool does not take away any floor space or bench space.  Additionally - users get a major upgrade to their squeegee cleaning process.  Squeegees in need of cleaning can be transfered right from the printer, to the ProTEK carrier, and then placed in the stencil cleaner for a full wash cycle.   We know how rough and challenging it is on a normal SMT line.  The ProTEK 2900 is built to withstand the rigors, bumps and bruises of normal handling.   Watch your quality rise - and see how happy your SMT line operators are - with the new tool to make their lives and your process better.  ProTEK 2900 is configured with the outline of a 29-29 stencil foil and each mounting zone is configured the same way the squeegees you use mount into your SMT printer.  The ProTEK 2900 is taylored to your specific model of squeegee holder - so your operators do not have to learn some new way to load squeegees.  You can even get some loading zones for one type of printer/squeegee and other loading zones for a different type of squeegee.
