PROTEINDEX™ PureBind™ Co-NTA Agarose

PROTEINDEX™ PureBind™ Co-NTA Agarose is a  cobalt-based immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) medium. It offers greater specificity and therefore enhanced selectivity for polyhistidine-tagged proteins under both native and denaturing conditions, compared to Ni-NTA media.      Co-NTA Agarose resins can be used for batch/gravity flow purification of polyhistidine-tagged recombinant proteins.   Product Highlights Suited for batch or gravity flow purification of histidine-tagged proteins Higher specificity and selectivity for His-tagged proteins, compared with Ni-NTA IMAC.
