Proptek Plug Poppers

Overview The Proptek Plug Popper takes the grunt work out of removing starts from Proptek trays. Drop the tray in place, apply steady pressure, and the plugs pop out clean. It’s straightforward to use, easy to train someone on, and will serve you for years. Why It Works High-throughput: Empty a full Proptek tray in moments. Plant-safe: Uniform pressure releases cells without ripping roots apart. Time-saving: Removes the slowest step from the transplanting workflow. Value buy: High performance, low cost. Built to Last Made from rugged, moisture-tolerant materials. Fabricated by hand in Wyoming, USA. Best longevity when dried thoroughly after each session. Treated with linseed oil for protection and durability. How to Use Set the Plug Popper on a stable, flat bench. Position your Proptek tray over the pins, lining up the corners. Press down with even pressure to free the plugs. Move to transplanting and repeat — consistent and fast. FAQ Does it stress the plants? No — the press is smooth and even, leaving the root mass intact. Will it deform over time? Not when you dry it after use — it’s built for the long haul. How to Use a 50% Plug Popper Set the tray on the popper with Side A toward you and press straight down to pop out the first half of the plugs. Lift the tray and rotate it 180° so Side B is now facing you. Press down again to eject the remaining plugs. Refer to the diagram above for a visual reference.
