Prong Tightening for Rough Diamond Ring

This is for a simple, routine tightening of rough diamond rings created by The Raw Stone only. Occasionally, for no apparent reason at all, stones can come loose in their settings over time. If there is no visible damage to the ring or prongs themselves, then we can tighten down the stone and send it back to you within a few weeks.  If we do notice damage to the ring or prong - like the ring or prong is bent, broken or has holes in it from significant applied pressure, force, or even regular wear and tear for some - then this also can be fixed but is a fix of a more intense nature, and we'll need to get in touch with you to discuss the method of repair, timeline and cost. Please ship us the ring to the following address, and email us your tracking information to info@therawstone.com. Pleasen note that we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Express Mail as they are the most reliable carriers. The Raw Stone / Jost 10820 W.
