Profoto Strip Softbox 1x4' (Silver)

Shape Light with Precision and Style The Profoto Strip Softbox 1x4' is a lighting tool built for control, separation, and sculpting light with striking finesse. Designed with a slim, elongated profile, it delivers dramatic, directional lighting that’s perfect for rim or edge light in portraits, product work, or fashion. The narrow beam and distinct falloff give photographers the power to carve light exactly where it's needed—no more, no less. Its silver interior brings a punch of contrast and clarity to the light, giving edges more definition while maintaining softness across the frame. Whether you’re creating separation between subject and background or adding a graceful edge highlight to a model or object, this softbox excels at elevating visual depth without overpowering the scene. Smart Design, Seamless Setup With Profoto’s signature all-in-one speedring built in, the Strip Softbox folds and unfolds in seconds, making setup stress-free whether you're in the studio or on location. The dual-layer diffusion system is fully removable and interchangeable, allowing you to fine-tune the softness and intensity to match your vision. And thanks to its heat-resistant construction, it plays well with continuous halogen lights—supporting up to 500W for total creative flexibility. The recessed front panel ensures clean, even light across your subject, preventing hot spots and minimizing unwanted shadows. Built to handle the rigors of professional use, the softbox is made from high-quality, durable materials that won’t let you down when the pressure’s on. Note: To ensure optimal performance and safety, it is recommended to limit the usage of the speedring to a maximum of 8 flashes per minute when using the ProHead on power level 10 (2400Ws) in conjunction with continuous light (500W) operating at full capacity.
