ProForce Lightning Karate Sparring Gloves – Foam Hand Protection Punches Product Description Lightweight Protection for High-Speed Sparring Take your point sparring and light contact training to the next level with the ProForce Lightning Karate Sparring Gloves. Engineered for speed and precision, these gloves (also known as "punches") provide the essential protection you need without the bulk of traditional boxing gloves. Whether you are a student practicing drills in the dojo or a competitor at a weekend tournament, the "Lightning" series is designed to move as fast as you do. Engineered for Mobility and Safety: Dual-Layer Knuckle Padding: Features extra cushioning across the striking surface to absorb impact and protect your hands during intense exchanges. Open Palm Versatility: The classic open-palm design allows for maximum airflow and the flexibility needed for grappling or grabbing during multi-discipline training. Extended Wrist & Forearm Guard: Protection doesn't stop at the hand. The vinyl-covered foam extends to the wrist and lower forearm, offering a shield against misdirected blocks. Precision Fit: Finger slots keep the glove securely in place when making a fist, while the reinforced vinyl palm strap ensures stability. Secure Closure: A heavy-duty elastic strap with a hook-and-loop closure provides a snug, adjustable fit that won't slip mid-round. Why Choose ProForce Lightning? Unlike standard foam gear, ProForce Lightning is contoured to follow the natural shape of your hand. This reduces hand fatigue and allows for a more natural striking motion. The high-quality vinyl coating is easy to clean and sweat-resistant, making these a durable choice for daily martial arts practice.   Quick Sizing Guide (Add to Product Page or Image) Child Medium: 2-1/2" to 2-3/4" (Knuckle Width) Child Large: 2-7/8" to 3-1/4" Adult Small: 3-1/4" to 3-3/8" Adult Medium: 3-3/8" to 3-5/8" Adult Large: 3-5/8" to 3-3/4" Adult X-Large: 3-3/4" to 3-7/8"
