Profitec JUMP Espresso Machine with Flow Control

What is it? The Profitec JUMP is a compact heat exchanger espresso machine with pre-infusion, a three-way temperature switch, a PID with a shot timer, a vibratory pump, an E61 group head that runs off an internal reservoir, and LUCCA E61 Flow Control Who is it for? The reliability, build quality, and features of the Profitec JUMP make it a great first or second espresso machine for the coffee enthusiast. If you're tight on space, want something with lots of power to make several lattes, and hope to delve into the world of pre-infusion and espresso recipe building, this is a great place to start or a respectable upgrade from a single boiler or consumer espresso machine. Flow control takes the JUMP to the next level, making it a tinkerer's paradise.  Why do we carry it? We trust Profitec with our lives—or at least with our espresso. The JUMP continues a trend in the heat exchanger category that combines cafe-quality performance with extra control and versatility. Very few heat exchangers offer more brew temperature control and workflow features like a PID display and automatic pre-infusion, as the JUMP does. It packs a lot of power and style in a small footprint and comes with wood customizations on the joysticks, brew lever, and portafilter handles to match your kitchen, mood, or general aesthetic.
