Profilitec LEVELTEC LEV/M Caps

Profilitec LEVELTEC LEV/M Caps No products like LEVELTEC are on the market, making it a groundbreaking tiling system. The first leveling device can be assembled and disassembled without using any tools. It is an automatic screw system that only requires one click to operate. Without adhesives, the product is set out in dry conditions. The system has a reusable cap and several tie-bases (linear, cross, or "T"). The cap is appropriate for use with all spacers, which should be selected based on the type of tile and the installation. Features The leveler does not require pliers or unscrew-drivers Easy positioning without screwing Automatic ejection of the thread 50% time saving compared to other systems Easy leveling adjustment with few degrees of rotation There is no need for further side action on the tiles, only a proper vertical pressure Suitable for tiles from 3 to 20 mm Tie-bases for joints of 2, 3, 5 mm (UNI 11493), and 1 mm Compatible with standard cross-shaped tile spacers to match bigger tile joints Reduced tie-base not to interfere with the thickness of the glue It keeps the tiles in the correct position during the glue drying and shrinkage How to Use Profilitec Tile Leveling System STEP 1: Place the tie-base below the floor or wall covering. Due to its reduced thickness and compact base, it does not interfere with the glue and establishes a joint of 1, 2, or 3 millimeters (per the UNI 11493 standard). STEP 2: Without screwing, insert the cap vertically until it hits the tile. With just one click, the installation time can be significantly reduced while fitting automatically in the thread. STEP 3: To achieve the ideal surface alignment, rotate the tiles a few degrees to level them. STEP 4: Remove the LEVELTEC and work on the cap when the glue is fully dry. Take care to move in the joint's direction. The bottom of the threaded stick breaks, leaving nothing behind. STEP 5: Push down on the last thread to loosen the cap, allowing the thread to exit without unscrewing. The cap can be used again for further applications.
