Tender Puppy™ ShedPro

About Us At Tender Puppy, we believe loving your pet shouldn’t mean accepting fur-covered couches, clothes, floors, and car seats as part of everyday life. We’re here to make pet care and cleanup simpler, so you can spend less time dealing with the mess and more time enjoying your best friend. Why We Started We know how it feels to love having a dog or cat around while constantly wondering, “How is there this much hair everywhere?” Vacuuming, lint rolling, cleaning the couch—only to find more fur a few hours later—can get frustrating fast. That everyday problem inspired Tender Puppy. We wanted to find simple, practical products that help pet parents stay ahead of shedding and keep their homes feeling cleaner without making pet care complicated. Our Story Tender Puppy started with a simple idea: make everyday life with pets a little easier. Instead of trying to be another store filled with hundreds of random products, we focus on useful solutions for the real little problems pet owners deal with—from grooming and shedding to keeping pet hair under control around the home. We look for products we’d feel comfortable recommending to fellow pet parents: practical, easy to use, and designed to make a noticeable difference in everyday routines. Our Mission Our mission is simple: help pet parents enjoy more of the love and less of the mess. Whether you're dealing with a heavy shedder, fur-covered furniture, or simply trying to make grooming easier, we want to provide straightforward solutions that make caring for your pet and home feel less overwhelming. Because your time is better spent making memories with your pet—not constantly chasing their hair around the house. Our Promise to You Your trust matters to us. We aim to offer products that are practical, thoughtfully selected, and genuinely useful for everyday pet owners. We also believe good customer care shouldn't disappear once you place an order. If you have a question or something isn't right, we're here to help and do our best to make it right. From our small business to your home, thank you for trusting Tender Puppy to be part of life with your pet.
