Professional Green Coffee Evaluation & CVA Scoring

Unroasted coffee carries immense potential, but navigating buying decisions, spot-market acquisitions, or pre-shipment approvals without precise data is a gamble. Our Green Coffee Evaluation Service provides full visibility into your unroasted inventory using the Specialty Coffee Association's updated Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) framework—giving you the objective metrics and sensory insights needed to buy, price, and roast with absolute confidence. Evaluated personally by a certified Q Arabica Grader using standardized SCA protocols and calibrated precision, your samples undergo a rigorous three-tiered examination: Physical Assessment: Detailed defect analysis, moisture content evaluation, bean density, size grading, and visual uniformity. This forms the bedrock of your quality control, revealing how green lots will perform under heat before they hit the drum. Descriptive Assessment: An objective sensory map detailing your coffee’s distinct flavor attributes, aromatic intensity, acidity, body, and balance. We don't just describe the cup; we quantify its exact profile using standardized CVA intensity scales. Affective Assessment: Specialized quality scoring aligned with specialty market benchmarks. We identify your coffee’s market positioning potential, helping you determine pricing tiers, customer alignment, and optimal marketing storytelling. Who Is This For? This service is engineered for roasters, green buyers, importers, and producers who require more than just a quick score. Whether you are validating pre-shipment samples, evaluating spot-market purchases, or dialing in green inventory before roasting, you will receive actionable data that empowers smarter sourcing and better roasting outcomes.
