Professional DOC Cleaning Service for Diesel Trucks (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst Cleaning & Testing) Restore proper regeneration performance and protect your emissions system with our Professional DOC Cleaning Service. At DPF Discounter, we provide specialized diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) cleaning and testing to ensure your aftertreatment system operates efficiently and reliably. What is a DOC and Why It Matters The DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) is a critical component of your truck’s aftertreatment system. It is responsible for converting exhaust gases and generating the heat required for DPF regeneration. When the DOC becomes contaminated or restricted: It reduces heat output needed for regen Causes incomplete or failed DPF regenerations Leads to frequent regens, fault codes, and derates Can result in premature DPF failure or clogging 👉 A clean DOC is essential for proper DPF performance and overall emissions system health.
