PROFESSIONAL CLAY BAR HEAVY (200 GRAM)

Some vehicles need more than a medium clay bar. If you're dealing with a car that hasn't been properly decontaminated in years, a vehicle with heavy industrial fallout, or a surface covered in tar, overspray, or stubborn water spots, the Jax Wax Professional Clay Bar Heavy is the tool for the job. This is the bar that handles the tough cases — the ones where a medium grade just won't cut it. At 200 grams, you get a professional-size bar with serious cutting power. It aggressively lifts heavy contamination from paint, glass, plastic, and metal without scratching the surface when used with proper lubrication. The result is a surface that's genuinely clean at a molecular level — smooth, contaminant-free, and ready for polishing, waxing, or ceramic coating. When to Use Heavy Grade Vehicles that haven't been clayed in several years Paint with heavy industrial fallout or rail dust Surfaces with significant tar, overspray, or paint transfer Restoration projects and neglected vehicles Any surface where medium clay isn't removing contamination fast enough What It Does Removes heavy contamination — tar, bugs, water spots, tree sap, overspray, and industrial fallout Works on paint, glass, plastic & metal — safe on all common vehicle surfaces with proper lubrication 200 gram professional size — plenty of material for full vehicle treatments on heavily contaminated surfaces Prepares surface for waxing or coating — ensures maximum bonding and longevity of any protection applied after How to Use Break the bar in half and knead it until soft and pliable Flatten into a disc shape Lubricate the surface generously with Jax Wax Body Shine Glide the clay over the surface with sweeping motions using light pressure Wipe the area with a clean microfiber towel Fold the clay to a clean surface and continue section by section Pro tip: After using the Heavy bar, follow up with the Medium bar or Clay Mitt on your next detail to maintain the surface.
