Frequently Asked Questions Why do sponge “hacks” not really work? + Most hacks are temporary and only hit the surface. You would have to repeat them after every single use to keep a sponge truly clean, and nobody does that. Microwave: Heating is uneven, so the toughest bacteria survive and multiply again once the sponge cools. Boiling: Waiting for water to boil and cool after every use is not realistic in a real kitchen. Bleach: Harsh and smelly. It can damage the sponge and leave chemical residue behind. Dishwasher: Only a full sanitize cycle reaches deep inside the sponge. That takes hours and uses a lot of energy. SpongeBath cleans the sponge between uses so you are not relying on hacks or hoping it is clean. Is the solution safe? + Yes. It is bleach-free, unscented, and made from food-safe, plant-based ingredients. How long does the solution last? + Each bottle lasts about 2 months with normal daily use. Will it fit my sponge? + Yes. It fits standard kitchen sponges and scrubber sponges. The included sponge is optimized to work best with the system. Do I need power or batteries? + No. SpongeBath is fully mechanical. You just press the paddles and let the sponge soak in the solution between uses. What if I do not love it? + You have 30 days to try it. If you are not happy, reach out and we will make it right. Is this enough for my household? + Yes. The Starter Kit includes everything you need to keep one kitchen sponge clean between uses for about 2 months. Most households start here and upgrade to larger bundles later if they want more solution on hand. Product Dimensions 7" L × 2.75" W × 6.25" H Ready for a consistently clean sponge?
