The Genesis Board

The Genesis Board Your plastic cutting board is putting micro plastics into your family's food. Every meal. Every day. One swap fixes that permanently. This one lasts a lifetime. Solid mahogany and walnut. End grain construction. Zero plastic. Zero toxins. End grain is the most demanding construction in hardwood cutting boards. Most makers don't attempt it. When a knife meets end grain the wood fibers part and close back around the blade the same way a self healing cutting mat works, but in solid hardwood. The surface recovers. Your knives stay sharper longer. Nothing else works this way. Solid mahogany and walnut, alternating in a precision cut checkerboard pattern. At 1.5″ thick this board handles the heaviest prep without flexing or shifting. Finished with Odie's Oil hard wax, the cleanest food safe finish available. No chemicals. No synthetic coatings. Nothing that doesn't belong near your family's food. Naturally antimicrobial. The most knife friendly surface available. Self healing for years of daily use. Built to last a lifetime.
