Raw Southern California Avocado Blossom Honey

HONEY INGREDIENTS Premium Local Raw Avocado Blossom   Honey from Temecula, California   ABOUT RAW SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AVOCADO BLOSSOM HONEY Avocado Blossom honey is hard to find and absolutely delicious. It is extremely dark in color and intense in taste. Avocado Blossom is very similar in taste to a dark molasses. Avocado Blossom honey is excellent in a strong cup of tea or espresso, drizzled over a creamy feta cheese or used a substitute for molasses when baking.   Raw honey never goes bad, however it will naturally harden and crystallize over time. This is a natural process that can easily be reversed to its liquid state. Simply warm a pot of water on the stove or in the microwave. Remove the bowl and place your honey bear or jar in the warmed water until the crystals dissolve.    Raw honey is not recommended for pregnant women or infants under one year of age.
