Processing Bundle

As featured by Adam Ragusea. enjoy 12oz of each of our 3 processes; Natural Process, Honey Process, and Wet Wash in this bundle. Learn more about the methods used to process each of these coffees and how it affects the flavor of your final cup here. Natural Process: A true labor of love and our team's personal favorite. This natural process will change your perception on coffee. With delicious notes of sweet raspberry, cherry, and honeycrisp apple, we recommend brewing this coffee using your favorite manual pour over coffee method.   Honey Process: Contrary to its name, this coffee has no actual honey in it. Extensive processing includes leaving the “honey” or what’s technically called the mucilage on the coffee seed to impart delicious floral flavors into the bean. The result? A deliciously unique coffee with notes of rosehip, red grape, and black tea.   Wet Wash:  Belen Gualcho is actually a small village located in the Ocotepeque department of Honduras. After a cupping that blew our farm team away, our farm director, Marcial, made the trip to Belen to see their operations first hand and verify if they used sustainable practices. We purchased this delicious coffee from a group of 7 farmers that have on average 1 to 2 acres each. You can read more about the amazing story behind our Belen Gualcho roast in our weekly Alma-nac Blog!
