Key Terms Plan Coverage: The ProCare+ Plan applies to one (1) SalonPro Infrared Hair Color Processor per subscription. Each additional unit requires its own plan. Activation Requirements: After purchasing ProCare+, customers must email their order number along with a 30-60 second video demonstrating the machine is in full working condition within 5 business days. If the customer owns multiple SalonPro hair processors, all machines must be shown in the same video. Coverage activates once the video is reviewed and approved, with a 30-day waiting period before the first claim can be submitted. Claim Eligibility: ProCare+ can be purchased in addition to our standard Limited Warranty and extends coverage for up to 10 years or the lifetime of your machine. Claims are valid only for products purchased directly from SalonPro Beauty. Deductible Costs: Orbiting Halo Compact: $75.00 USD Original Orbiting Halo: $125.00 USD Multi-Zone+: $175.00 USD Warranty on Replacements: Replacement parts or machines provided under ProCare+ will not carry a separate warranty.
