Pro-Tech Mordax – CPM 20CV Acid Wash Button Lock Folding Knife, Black Aluminum Handle, Deep Carry Clip

The Pro-Tech Mordax is a precision-built American-made folding knife designed for everyday carry, combining premium materials, smooth action, and clean tactical styling. Known for its exceptional machining and reliability, the Mordax has become one of Pro-Tech’s most popular manual folding knives. At the center of the knife is a CPM 20CV stainless steel blade with an acid wash finish, delivering excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and durability. CPM 20CV is a high-performance powdered metallurgy steel comparable to M390 and CTS-204P, making it an outstanding choice for users who demand long-lasting sharpness and premium cutting performance. The acid wash blade finish helps hide scratches and wear from everyday use while giving the knife a rugged, understated appearance. The blade’s cutting geometry provides efficient slicing performance for common EDC tasks such as opening boxes, cutting cordage, and general utility work. The knife features Pro-Tech’s button lock mechanism, which allows smooth one-handed operation and secure blade lockup. The button lock also makes the knife highly fidget-friendly, allowing users to easily deploy and close the blade with one hand. The handle is crafted from solid black anodized aluminum, precision machined to provide strength while keeping the knife lightweight and comfortable for everyday carry. The ergonomic handle profile ensures a secure grip during use while maintaining a clean, minimal design. A black deep carry pocket clip allows the knife to ride low in the pocket for discreet carry while remaining easy to access when needed. The knife is finished with blasted hardware, complementing the understated tactical appearance. With its premium CPM 20CV blade steel, smooth button lock action, and durable aluminum handle, the Pro-Tech Mordax delivers a high-performance folding knife built for serious everyday carry.
