Private / White Label Production Process Bring your vision to life with our seamless private label process. From concept to creation, we partner with you to design custom-scented products that reflect your brand’s identity. Step 1: Complete the Intake Form We’ll start by documenting your ideas and goals through our Private Label Intake Form. This ensures we capture your true vision from the beginning. Step 2: Scent Exploration Explore up to 8 custom scent blends tailored for your brand. A $250 non-refundable fee (discounted to $200 for you) begins the process. This covers: Fragrance oil sourcing Supply sourcing Product testing in your vessels Full-size samples for review before production Step 3: Curated Samples Once the scent direction is finalized, we’ll deliver curated samples for you to test and evaluate. Step 4: Full-Size Sample After your approval, we’ll create your final product sample in your chosen format and vessel (5 oz or 12 oz candle, or room spray). Step 5: Order Confirmation Confirm your product selection and quantity using the attached price sheet. We’ll then send your invoice. Step 6: Production Begins Production will start once payment is received—bringing your private label collection to life.
