Pristine Water RWT8 UV Quartz Sleeve

Replacement Quartz Sleeve for Pristine Water RWT8 Dimensions: 22mm x 24.5mm x 483mm Domed The Replacement Quartz Sleeve for Pristine Water RWT8 UV Light Bulb is an domed quartz sleeve that works with Pristine Water treatment sterilization filters, UV sanitizers, and purifiers. The high-quality quartz sleeve works along with UV lamps in water disinfection units. The quartz sleeve enables better protection from breakage, environmental hazards, influenza, and viruses. CureUV.com’s quartz sleeve has a fire-polished finish and is available in various diameters, lengths, and thicknesses. In order for your PM-8 / RWT8 germicidal water system to work effectively, the quartz sleeve must be completely clear and free of debris. A foggy or dirty quartz sleeve can significantly attenuate the power of your UVC bulb, resulting in substantially less sterilizing power. A good way to think about it is that if you have trouble seeing through the sleeve, UVC light will likely have trouble passing through it. We recommend cleaning your quartz sleeve regularly, but a certain type of fog can occur even with regular cleaning. If the sleeve cannot get completely clear, we strongly recommend that you replace it to optimize your UVC Water purification system's performance. Compatible with UV Bulbs: Pristine Water RWT8 Note: CureUV.com stocks generic products that are 100% compatible with the original equipment.
