Primo XX-Large Griddle

The Primo XX-Large Griddle is the flat-top plate for the Primo Oval XX-Large, the largest grill Primo builds. It puts a solid, uninterrupted cooking surface over the fire in place of open bars, which is what small, soft and loose food needs to survive a charcoal cook. Scale is the point on this one. People buy the XX-Large because they cook for numbers, and a griddle is the accessory that makes numbers easy: you are not turning items one at a time with tongs, you are working a surface with a spatula, sliding finished food to one edge and dropping the next round into the space it left.
