PRIME-TIME MARLO REMASTERED

Prime-Time Marlo Remastered -  Video/Book You’ve read the books. You’ve studied the trick and sleights. Now witness the man himself — Ed Marlo — filmed in the intimate setting of his own home, creating and performing the effects that would define his legacy. In 1972, Jon Racherbaumer brought his Super-8 camera into Marlo’s world. What he captured wasn’t meant for the spotlight — it was meant for the serious student. In 1994 the video Prime-Time Marlo was released. Over 30 years later, I’ve spent countless hours meticulously remastering and re-editing this historic footage — restoring lost moments, enhancing clarity, and bringing new life to a legendary film that deserves to be seen and studied. This isn’t just performance footage. It’s a rare, candid glimpse of Marlo in mid-flow — demonstrating effects that appeared in The Hierophant, Sticks and Stones, Kabbala, and many others that wouldn’t see print until years later in Marlo’s Magazine and beyond. Also included: Jon Racherbaumer’s exclusive running commentary — rich with insight, context, and behind-the-scenes comments. A beautifully crafted hard-copy compendium — filled with stills from the film, scans of Marlo’s handwritten notes, historical annotations, detailed publication references and explanations. It’s a roadmap to understanding not just how Marlo did what he did — but why. This isn’t just nostalgia. It’s not just a collector’s piece. It’s a working resource for the dedicated card worker — a front-row seat to the mind of Marlo: his thinking, his timing, his technique, and the unguarded magic that shaped generations. Why now? < Rare footage, newly restored in higher quality than ever before. < The first time this version — with added footage and commentary — has ever been available. < Includes an in-depth printed companion book with explanations, research, photos, and archival material you won’t find online.  1hr.
