Prime Bone-In Filet Mignon

Approx. $118/lb DISTINCTIVE QUALITIES: Usually holding exclusivity to steakhouses, the Prime Bone-In Filet Mignon is one of the most indulgent and rare cuts. What sets this apart from regular Filet Mignon is the fact that as the steak cooks, the bone provides a subtle yet sweet and decadent flavor to the entire cut of meat as it slowly renders itself. With buttery tenderness and flavor enhanced by the bone, this highly prized filet is pure bliss! This thick cut of meat is around 2” and is suitable for any special occasion or dinner party. Our Prime Bone-In Filet Mignon is 100% natural and contains no preservatives. Our natural cattle are pasture-raised and fed a vegetarian diet of grass and grain, creating desirable fat marbling.
