Mist onto a clean face, or into the hands and press on, then continue with the treatment your skin needs. How is it different from Vital Falls? Vital Falls is a toner: it finishes the cleanse and lifts residue and hard-water film. Primary Veil comes next as a milky mist that preps and comforts, and it contains no denatured alcohol. Can I use it during the day over makeup? Yes. Hold the bottle at arm’s length and press long and hard for a diffused mist, so it settles as a veil rather than as droplets. Does it replace a moisturizer? No. It is a prepping step. Follow it with the serum and cream suited to your skin. Is it right for skin that feels reactive? It is made for exactly that — all skin types, especially the most fragile. When skin feels particularly dry or uncomfortable, use it morning and evening.
