Pricing Clarity - Find Your Rate - Web App

Meet your new pricing sanity check. The Rate Finder is a quiet, interactive calculator that answers one honest question: what should you actually be charging per hour, per day, per project, and per month? No spreadsheets, no guesswork, no talking yourself down. Just six questions and one clear number. Know What You're Worth. Then Charge It. I built this the year I had to figure out, fast and under pressure, what I actually needed to charge to cover the life I was rebuilding. Most of us are too busy doing the work to step back and do the math — so the math doesn't get done, and rates stay frozen years longer than they should. This tool does the math for you. Answer six honest questions about your income goals, expenses, and working hours, and it hands you back a base rate — plus a wisdom buffer built in, because your years of experience, judgment, and not-having-to-be-trained are worth real money on top of the arithmetic. Why the Rate Finder Is Different Unlike a generic freelance rate calculator or a static spreadsheet template, this one shows its work. Every number traces back to a transparent breakdown — take-home goal, business expenses, working weeks, billable hours — so you can see exactly why your rate is your rate, not just trust a black box. One Rate, Every Format: The moment your hourly number is set, the app automatically converts it into your day rate, one-week project rate, and monthly retainer rate — so you're never caught doing mental math mid-negotiation. Built for Real Client Work: The included Client Allocator lets you plug in different clients and their weekly hours to instantly see what each one owes you, weekly and monthly, all at your one true rate. Save snapshots by month or by proposal, so you always have your numbers on hand. Come Back Anytime: Your rate isn't static, and neither is this tool. Update your numbers whenever your expenses, goals, or hours shift, and everything downstream recalculates instantly. Purchase Once: Once purchased, this is yours for good — including future updates and refinements, at no extra cost. No subscription needed.
